The Detail
The home-like and private exclusive-use Singita Serengeti House overlooks a popular waterhole from it's perch on the slopes of Sasakwa Hill, in the the 350,000-acre Singita Grumeti Reserve. The house lies directly along the route of the Great Migration, where wildebeest, zebras and gazelles journey between Tanzania’s Serengeti and Kenya’s Maasai Mara in search of new grazing. Experience remarkable wildlife sightings, from lions, leopards, and cheetahs to elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and hippos year round.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests with two suites in the main house and two garden suites. Enjoy the exceptional facilities, including a 25 metre infinity swimming pool, private tennis court, pavilion and a tented wellness suite and a team of dedicated staff, including a private guide, chef, and host.
Activities include game drives, guided walks, bird watching, stargazing, tennis and spa treatments. The house and activities makes for an exclusive experience with the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and connection with nature.

- Children 2–16 stay at 50% of adult rate when sharing; infants under 2 free. However, Serengeti House is booked on private-use basis at a flat house rate (1–4 or 5–8 guests), so the per-child discount does not apply in the usual way. Wildlife Fee USD 88.50/night per child aged 5–17.

Singita Serengeti House is an exclusive-use villa (max 8 guests) booked at a flat house rate banded for 1–4 or 5–8 guests, so the standard per-child 50% rate does not apply in the usual way — the whole house is taken regardless of guest mix. A private game vehicle is included in the daily rate. Supplier-wide rule: families travelling with children under 10 are required to book a private vehicle (subject to availability); families of 4+ including children under 10 are guaranteed complimentary private vehicle use. Wildlife Fee is charged per child aged 5–17 at USD 88.50/night. Children may participate in game drives and bush walks at the discretion of dedicated Field Guides.

"Very helpful with itinerary and excellent arrangements of transport from and to Cape Town, and Idubi in Sabi Sands and Lukimbi in Kruger. Although a rep for Safari.com said a letter from a doctor was not required, such a letter IS REQUIRED to go on bush walks if older than 65. Fortunately, we checked the reserve web site and had a doctor's letter."
