What our guests have said about this accommodation

Hansie Jordaan
Will definitely go to Mountain Zebra Park again.
Charles Benn
We were well received at reception and our stay in the Guest House was simply world class. Congratulations to the Parks Board for maintaining this magnificent gem so well. Will definitely recommend and will be back for sure!
Anthony Rath
A good idea as a stop over when traveling. Recommend at least a 2 night stay to see all the park has to offer. The unit contained all necessity one requires to make the bush stay enjoyable. Neat & clean. Enjoyed seeing animals not normally seen in other parks. I would visit again.
Heleen Coertze
What a wonderful surprise. A smallish, compact National Park with the perfect setting! There is something of everything: Hiking possibilities, 4 x 4 trails, a bit of history on Salpeterkoppie with the chess board, an geological wonder world and of course comfortable accommodation and enough wildlife!!!
Pieter Carel Moolman
Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable.
Paul Roos
Everything in good condition. Service very friendly.
Peter Muller
We enjoyed our first visit to this park very much. The cottage was in perfect condition with all facilities available and in good working order. One large plate on the stove did not work and the lower toilet seat was cracked and separated at a glue joint. Next time we want to spend at least two full days there.
Ron Cairs
We had a very pleasant time At Mount Zebra. The staff, from the gate, to the booking desk, to the chalet cleaning staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. A small park ,but definitely worth a return visit.
Botha Linda
We enjoyed our stay and found the staff courteous en helpful
Gail Hanekom
This is the third or fourth time we've visited MZNP, and continue to be knocked out by the beauty of the park itself, the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the Rest Camp and the cabins (where one lacks nothing). We visited one of the picnic sites for the first time, and could fault nothing there either. We saw many more animals than we've seen on previous visits - no lions or cheetahs, but a wide selection of buck, zebra and wildebeest which all looked fat and sleek and in excellent condition. And, of course, a lot of birds. All in all, this is our favourite National Park.
RUSSELL WILLOWS
We really enjoyed this Park. The camp site was very good. We felt that the shop could have a better variety of goods as your selection is not as good as the Karoo National Park. The cheetah walk was a highlight on our stay.
Chris Oertel
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The scenery was magnificent and the facilities good. We'll definitely visit again.
Maria Brepols
We are always enjoying our visit at Mountain Zebra Camp. It is such a nice and peaceful environment, with lots to see.
Ed Richards
Mountain Zebra Park - accommodation was well equipped and neat, everything in working order. The 4x4 rides in the park were great. Animals sighted: lion, leopard, various buck and black eagle. Unfortunately, did not sight rhino. We are photographers and enjoy birds as well as reptiles. We will visit the park again.
Paul Schoeman
Great trip. Boiling water on tap, clean ablutions, friendly knowledgeable staff. Good game viewing.
ALLEN JOHNSTONE
Good game viewing. A nice get-away.
Tara Forster
Everything from our well appointed cottage, friendly and helpful staffand seeing the mountain zebras in the wonderful scenic setting of the park made our visit most enjoyable.
David Slater
Our party of four had a wonderful three days in Mountain Zebra. The reception we received was outstanding, friendly and helpful and the accommodation was comfortable and convenient. The scenery is awesome and we'll be back !!
Brian Rogers
We enjoyed the magnificent natural beauty of the park. The early morning guided trip was great and we saw the black rhino and calf at close quarters. The restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. All in all a fantastic short visit. Will make it longer next time. Accommodation was excellent.
Lesley Moore
The park was excellent but we would like to see better access to water holes.
Nancy
We had a fabulous 4 nights in the mountain zebra challets - modern, clean and comfortable. The park was the perfect - regular sightings to keep the children interested and beautiful karoo views. A big thanks to the Parks Board for their wonderful park.
JANET HOLLOWAY
We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Zebra we enjoyed the marvellous scenery, the lovely wildlife and the accommodation in the cottage and the friendly efficient service in the restaurant was superb.
Harlene White
It was fabulous. The reception, the cottage, the pool, the game drive with Michael, the animals. Would have liked to have seen more, but its the chance one takes. Saw the ground squirrels. Thank you!!!!
Margi Newton
We've just spent a weekend camping at Mt Zebra National Park and we were more than impressed with the park, its facilities and its staff in general. Will definitely return.
Johann Brummer
Our cottage was very clean, had a lovely view, nice floor plan, well equipped, and was very quiet. We loved it!
Duncan Pollock
We loved our stay with you. Thank you
Linda Rautenbach
This was our second visit to the park during 2013 and once again our expectations were not only met, but exceeded! The staff were excellent, as always, very knowledgeable (especially Richard on the night drive and cheetah tracking - AMAZING!), and our overall experience was great. We love the park and hope to return again in April 2014 - thank you to all for the wonderful experience we had!
stefanus van niekerk
We stayed there before . The picnick places are very nice with improvements since our last visit. Enjoyed it very much will go there again.
Christine van Niekerk
We occupied the guest house in the Mountain Zebra Park. A beautiful old house, a historic treasure with most beautiful furniture and view. The foul stench of sewage in the one bedroom and bathroom was overwhelming and not acceptable. I notified reception about this problem who sent out a "technician" to solve this problem. However the problem was only worsened to such an extent that we could NOT SLEEP in the room due to the foul smell. This being not acceptable for a so called four star venue! What a disappointment!
Gideon Barnard
Just a nice place to be, will go there tomorrow if I could.
Cobie Coetzee
Unfortunately we stayed over for one night only, but found all the facilities above average. Could not find fault with the camping site, ablutions and shop. Very sorry we could not stay another night or two as the animals in this park is a bit different to the others parks we have visited. Can definitely recommend this park to other visitors.
Erik de Bondt
Camping was very nice but very hot. We wanted so badly to see a Cheetah and Buffalo, but we could not find any. Swimming place is too far from camping site.

We had some problems with the ablution blocks in Mountain Zebra Park. Ladies side has 2 showers of which 1 was not working, just a tiny trickle of cold water came out of shower head. My husband complained that the urinals on the gents side and at the reception/restaurant stank badly. They also had problems with the electricity tripping at the ablution block, the first night we were there there were no lights at the bathrooms! Staff at reception and restaurant very friendly.
Marlene Wilton
As I said to the efficient and extremely pleasant staff member at the exit gate when we left Mountain Zebra Park, "Well done - ten out of ten - the best SA Nat Park I can remember for many many years" His face lit up with a proud smile.Everything was spot on. The friendly staff. The clean chalet. The perfectly maintained roads. No broken or missing crockery or cutlery. Everything perfect. My suggestion is to get all management at our flag-ship park, The Kruger, which has slipped badly over the years, to visit the Mountain Zebra Park, to see how a National Park can, and should be run. Our stay was an absolute pleasure. Well done to all concerned.
Quintin Hickling
The staff are very professional and helpful, and need to be commended. However, we stayed in unit 6. The unit was clean and well kept, however the unit is in need of being refurbished
Amanda Berg
It were our first visit to this park, and we were pleasantly surprised by its beauty. A little jewel and should be advertised or promoted more!
R Sundstrom
The park was great, just something small though. When we arrived at our chalet at 6pm, after travelling for 8 and a half hours, the chalet's electricity had not been switched on for us and so there has no hot water to bath or shower. A bit lousy after a full day of travelling!!
AJ Strang
Very comfortable and enjoyable
Carla Bam
A beautiful and restful environment for a stopover. We loved the park and the pool. The service was exceptional, and the food was lovely! The room could have been a bit cleaner but perfectly sized and very comfortable.
W A BEAN
The staff were extremely helpful, especially Jeannie, the cottage was clean and well equipped, the roads were in very good condition, and all in all it was a most relaxing place to stay on our way back from KZN to Cape Town.
Louis van Niekerk
Thanks for an awesome stay!!
Debbie Enslin
The gentleman at the reception on Saturday 29th October approx 11.30am was very pleasant and helpful. The woman who dealt with our check out on Sunday afternoon did not engage with us and I rate poorly in terms of customer service. I would like to see the park facilitate those who wish to leave early in the morning (05h00) as we had a 10hr drive ahead of us. Otherwise the Park is a credit to National Parks.
Lynn Mathiassen
Wonderful. Rooms adequate and clean. Guide for game drive and tour of bushman paintings was superb. Only small inconvenience was that our unit could have been serviced earlier (before 10am).
Erica Worden
My husband and I caravaned the weekend of 22/23rd Oct. The site was well equipped and clean The ablutions were spotless. The whole infrastructure of the Park was well thought out and made for a fantastic holiday. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
Geoff Holshausen
Went on 4x4 trail called Umngeni thinking it was a grade 2 but it turned out to be grade 4!All ended fine, really enjoyed it in our Fortuner. Had a good time. Accommodation and park very good standard.
L.D.HOFFMAN
We really enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed with you. The cottage was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The food in the restaurant and the service was very good. We saw a fair amount of game, the roads were good. The swimming pools and picnic areas are well kept. I will definitely return.
Gwen
This is the second time we have been there, the last being a number of years ago. We were pleasantly surprised to see just how many Zebra there were in the park. The roads are beautifully maintained and our experience was a good one, apart from the weather.

Our stay was most enjoyable and we will definitely visit the Park again

I last visited Mountain Zebra Park 11 years ago and had forgotten how spectacular the scenery is! I was impressed at how well the roads are being maintained. The Guest House has also been very well maintained and is a very special place to stay in. Game viewing was good too - we saw an aardwolf that I'd never seen before. The Gemsbok are also lovely buck to have in the park. Our visit was very enjoyable and I am recommending the park to friends and colleagues.

All the administrative staff we encountered were Very pleasant and helpful eg Thula who had to drive from the camp to meet us when we arrived from Durban at 8.00pm. The reception (male)at addo when we called to see if we could view the test match there, was also very helpful.

Lekker gekuier. Alles was reg, paaie is in goeie toestand. Kan oor niks kla nie.

The Park is very well run and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10 for effort and smiles. However the lack of heating in the chalet was a serious problem, 6 deg C is no fun. Air conditioning is a must.
Douglas Phillips
The family cottages were clean and neat. All the necessary cutlery and crockery were available. The resort was tidy and I noticed that the area was being upgraded, always a good sign. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the rides through the park and enjoyed the animals. A wonderful place to relax and I would consider a future visit in the summer.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cottage was delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and realised that one night is not enough. We will definitely be back, perhaps in the summer. The game drive with Michael was very informative given that the animals had been driven away by the helicopters.
Mrs Audrey van Wijk
Chalets very comfortable. We understood that there was no wood in the whole area available and would thus have appreciated some form of artificial heating. Otherwise lovely few days in the chalets and in the park

We just returned to SA having spent time working in NZ where we were so so home sick. Enroute to Plet we decided we had to have a game and scenic injection. It was magnificent. The most breathtaking scenery, wonderful game including a mother cheetah and her 3 teenage cubs. Mountain Zebra does not have huge quantities of game so go there to experience everything and you will not be disappointed. The bungalows were clean, well equiped and a lovely fire place for the bitterly cold night. Well managed and wonderful friendly people.
Suzette West
What a lovely experience - staff very helpful, cottage some of best we had visited, park clean and beautiful! Never had feeling of being crowded or over commercialised. We had such an enjoyable time, and we will recommend it to anyone!

Baie aangenaam en pragtig mooi, alles was goed gereel, die staf was baie friendelik en behulpsaam.Sal weer gaan kuier.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Very neat and clean, staff friendly and helpful.

It was really a great stay. We love this park. Just a pity that the geyser dripped constantly during the night...It drove me nuts...
R W Kirby
We arrived just as a massive cold front arrived in the Eastern Cape. There is no heating facility to warm up the chelt but I guess the cost of electricity would be prohibitive. The wood purchased from the front office was of a very poor quality and burnt away very quickly in the indoor fire place. Try and lay in a stock of proper hard wood (thornwood). Great that the staff had made DSTV available for soccer fans to watch the matches in the conference centre. Regards

Overall stay OK, but heaters needed in cottages in winter. Wood fires are expensive and tend to make a mess and affect ones eyes and sinuses. 4x4 trails need to be graded as one can easily get into trouble as there is limited cellphone coverage. Balck Eagle walk needs better signage specially at top of first stretch.
Jenny Dittmer
The staff were exceptionally helpful. We could see that the cottages had been recently refurbished and were very happy with our accommodation. The beds were very comfortable and the down duvet wonderfully warm. All in all we were very impressed with the park and would go there again.

In my 38 years of marriage this is the first time me and my husband have been in a game reserve. This was unbelievable. The chalets are very nice and cosy. The views and animals are stunning. I found a lot of people just rush through. Drive slower and you will notice more; even smaller animals. We took a flask of coffee and some food on our drive through the park and really enjoyed the days. I would recommend it to anybody. Have already told lots of people who did not even know about the park. Even with the list given we saw more animals. "Duikers", "Likkewaan", Jackals, Vultures, Small apes, a long sort of Earthworm? about a meter and longer. Lots of different birds. Kranskop! what a view.

Before I start, we are also in the accommodation business, so we are a bit critical.Very enjoyable stay overall. Bungalow nicely equipped, site well looked after, braai works well, beds and bedding good. Criticism: the cleaning staff take out all the towels everyday and replaces them in spite of the towels hanging over the towel rails indicating re-use. Staff should be informed about the towel re-use rule! The night run was very good in spite of us not seeing many animals. Did see buffalo though. At least we now know what a spring hate looks like.Restaurant not so good eg. peri-peri chicken still cold in the middle, fillet steak cut through to make it thinner to cook more easily. Did not think it wise to try the fish or calamari! Maybe more 'home cooked' type of meals should be offered eg. a good lamb stew, ox tail, bobotie and a curry instead of a 'fancy' menu. Service also quite slow, but very friendly.Upon leaving, the guard at the gate wanted an 'exit permit' which we did not have. He eventually phoned reception to clear us. We were not offered an exit permit in spite of clearing out with reception on the night before and on the morning of leaving. After all these complaints, we would go back anytime. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience.

Thank you so much for an exceptional stay. My only disappointment was that it was so short. But we'll be back, and I've told my friends about the friendly, courteous, efficient and discreet service displayed by all staff. Our meal at your restaurant was also memorably pleasant. Both the Hors d'

Although we did not see many animals, probably because of the heat, the scenery and accommodation made the trip and stay worthwhile. The Karoo evenings alone are worth the visit.

Enjoyed our stay at the cottage, everything was very neat and tidy. The roads in the park were in very good condition, and we saw plenty of game, and the restaurant was very pleasant - the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

We travelled to Cradock from Durban via Umtata on a Wednesday and found the route a most enjoyable alternative to the conventional route through Bloemfontein. The Family Cottage was spotlessly prepared and had all that we could wish for.The Park was beautiful as we arrived during a rain storm on the one side while there was sunshine on the other..It was Karoo at its best...fabulaous landscape scenery..and then we drove into the area not frequented by buck...and enjoyed fjording the streams which were about 300mm above the culverts...then we had the joy of an absolutely clear view of the Milky-way...after our well prepared steak in the Restaurant. How about some Venison on the main course next time...like at Beaufort National Park where it was fantastic!

For a one night stop over the family cottage was ok. On arrival the cottage was all closed up and very hot, perhaps the windows could be opended to air the cottage before guests arrive. Half our party stayed in the guest house which was very well furnished...alot more luxurious than the family cottage.
Piet Spies
We really enjoyed a wonderful stay in the park. There were a few things (kitchen utensils) missing from what was on the lsit when we arrived, but we communicated that to the office immediately. The staff were very friendly, wonderful accommodation and the roads were in a very good state. Thank you for contributing to a wonderful weekend

Both the person manning the entrance and Jeannie (?) at reception were well informed and conveyed information on animal whereabouts with clarity and friendliness. Accommodation comfortable although attention needs to be given to ongoing maintenance
George Poole
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The booking, reception and maintenance of the park and roads was excellent. The farmhouse at Doornkloof was very comfortable. A shower - preferably outside would make it perfect.
EVANS MICHAEL
Our visit started well with a cheerful welcome at the entrance gate and when we checked into the chalet. A game drive on the plateau, Rooiplaat Loop, gave us a clear overview of the size of the park and the magnificent open areas which would be ideal for Cheetah (we missed seeing them). Our second game drive on Saturday was to the south-east, Kranskop Loop, in the more mountainous area, a different and very impressive experience seeing a black eagle soaring below us. This trip gave us an understanding of how well the park is maintained with excellent roads engineered perfectly to cater for runoff water without unnecessary damage being inflicted. We returned via the plateau and drove the Ubejane loop glimpsing black rhino and buffalo, but also enjoying the birdlife, monitor lizards and ground squirrels. The mountain zebra are special and the animals together with the awesome setting of the park make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and should have stayed at least an extra day.Thank you San Parks.Kind regards

Wonderful two days spent in peaceful relaxing surroundings. Game drive very interesting and Richard very knowledgeable. Cottage in good condition with very minor maintenance needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our unit was well-equipped and clean. The sliding door in the lounge sticks. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. The pool was sparkling, but the pool ladder has no steps! The Parks' setting is beautiful and the scenery varied. We saw great game. We will definitely be back.

Safari.com are the best for your African Safari holiday!
My experience with booking my Southern Africa tour with Safari.com was amazing. The Safari Consultant I was working with (special shout out to Keagan Davids) was the most helpful, responsive, polite and awesome person to work with. I originally tried to book a safari holiday with a local agent in Australia and was getting nowhere fast. I decided to do some leg work myself and put a request in for some advice on safaribooking.com. It was the best thing I could have done! I only wished I had planned my first half of the holiday with Safari.com given the ease and expertise they have provided. I highly recommend their service - you will not be disappointed!

We are now home from our trip and am writing to thank you for organising such an amazing adventure. We cannot fault anything about the trip from start to finish. Buffalo Camp was fantastic - the accommodation, the food and the hospitality too but most of all our game drive guys who were awesome. We saw the ‘big 5” and more. Slon and Forest went above and beyond to find the animals we wanted to see. Then we transferred to Victoria Falls River Lodge and became part of a family. I can hardly find the words to describe it. From sitting in our plunge pool watching a crocodile swimming up the Zambezi to our helicopter ride over Victoria Falls and everything in between. What a beautiful place run by beautiful people. We were invited back by both Buffalo Camp and Victoria Falls River Lodge and hopefully we can do that in the not too distant future and if it becomes possible we will not hesitate to use Safari.com again. We truly recommend your services. Once again, thank you for organising the best holiday we have ever had and one we shall treasure forever. Best wishes.

Pascal should be your Go-to consultant - 5 stars
Pascal was wonderful to work with. We wanted to stay in Sabi Sands during peak season and were having a lot of trouble finding a great lodge to stay in. Pascal was able to find us a lodge that met our needs, call the lodge to ensure they had the rooms we wanted, book flights, transfers, etc. and was very attentive and easy to talk to. He made sure to get back to us quickly and when he said he would. He was always available and I would recommend using him and safari.com to anyone looking into a safari in the future.

Excellent service.
Yes, you can book directly through SANParks, but safari.com is run by a team of consultants who actually know the parks and provide a far more personalised service. Highly recommended.

Superb short Safari
We were referred to Safari.com through a UK safari holiday company. We were dubious at first about dealing with a company in South Africa but we found Safari.com and in particular Mr Keagan Davids, very easy to comunicate with. He was very communicative and made all the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately, the safari lodge we'd booked got flooded out so Keagan found an alternative lodge Called Kapama River Lodge. It was great. Very nice accommodation. Great efficient and friendly staff etc. We were not disappointed. All of the arrangements went like clockwork so we'd highly recommend Safari.com

Booking for Addo Elephant Park…
I made a booking for Addo Elephant Park through Safari.com. The instructions were clearly conveyed to me regarding the payment of a deposit to secure the booking. The service received from the lady I dealt with was very professional. For example, upon requesting a change in accommodation type, the request was promptly attended to and I was informed accordingly which I noticed was outside office hours. Proof of secured accommodation was sent promptly and reminder for payment of balance was send well in advance of final date. Finally, once payment was cleared, I received the booking voucher as well as forms to be filled in by all passengers upon entrance as well as the conservation fees to be paid. All in all it was a pleasure to deal with Safari.com and we are looking forward to our stay in ADDO ELEPHANT PARK. Thank you.

Spending 40 years in the travel industry and taking several Safari to Kenya, my wife and I reached out to Dolan at Safari.com to help plan our S. African Safari to Kruger. With just a couple of emails he made the planning seamless. every aspect was on-time, and all responses were very timely. We can't wait to go back and would highly recommend Dolan at Safari.com

Unorgettable trip in South Africa
We have spent 12 days as a family in South Africa with my 3 children and my wife who is in a wheelchair. Thanks to Pascal, Safari.com consultant, we were able to spend an unforgettable moment with a great program while being well accompanied despite our constraints. I recommand particularly the "Monwana game lodge" for a safari in Hoedspruit. It's an amazing place with very nice people and a real family atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Safari.com team for this unforgettable trip.

Cape Town miracle
I was in Cape Town, South Africa recently for an athletic competition and had allowed myself a week of personal time to relax and properly conclude the trip, but had not bothered to plan a safari to occupy the time. I was skeptical of the cost and whether I would enjoy the experience, however a couple days into that final week it occurred to me, in a bit of a panic attack, what a waste it would be not to take advantage of this opportunity. I hopped online and started looking at flights to Johannesburg (almost all the safaris in SA start there with an early morning pick up), but it was basically impossible to get a flight early enough and/or to coordinate with the multiple safaris operating in or just outside of Kruger. With no apparent options available to turn my remaining 4 1/2 days into even a 3 day safari I stumbled on the most obvious website one could imagine, Safari.com. I'd completely given up negotiating all the variables on my own but here was a safari travel agent that might be able to help me .. and they were based right out of Cape Town, literally a stones throw from my lodgings. Serendipity, or so i hoped. I immediately sent out an email and crossed my fingers .. for roughly an hour and a half, at which point Dolan from Safari.com responded to me requesting I give him a call so that we could expedite potential arrangements. My in country phone plan wasn't able to make calls, but we arranged for him to call me and not 3 hours after being in the grip of despair Dolan got through to me and far from notifying me of how absurd it was to hold out hope for a literally, last minute safari adventure with barely 4 days available to me, he had already worked out all the details I'd sent and created a preliminary safari trip that would bypass Johannesburg airport for a flight the next morning to a closer, much, much smaller airport where I would be picked up taken, not to a 3 day safari, but a full 4 day safari, then back to the tiny, tiny airport for a return flight to Cape Town with 2 hours to spare for my return leg all the way home. It almost feels like an afterthought, after the minor miracle Dolan was able to conjure up, but the safari itself at Simbavati Lodge was just an absolutely stunning experience. The single "tent" he booked me was as luxurious as any 4 star hotel I've stayed in, the game drives, one every morning, one every evening were more amazing than I could have ever imagined, and the food, 3 meals a day with snacks and an open bar was sublime. I could go on about the wonderful staff, or the wonderful other safari goers you can meet and grab a drink with, or the different animals walking through the open lodge facilities daily .. but I've gone on long enough. I'll simply conclude by saying .. safari, absolutely, yes, do it, it is amazing. And when you do decide, Safari.com will do you right and if you have the pleasure of working with Dolan, do give him my thanks .. the entire experience was the best part of my trip :)

A great company
What to say! We planned a South African Safari for 2020 with Safari.com. We researched companies and took a chance on one we had never heard of before. Henry Franklin was our agent, we gave him our budget and wish list. He came up with a wonderful looking trip and we made our choices! Then came Covid, preventing us from going. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Henry rebooked everything for the next year. He kept us updated on how things looked there. When in 2021, we decided it still looked iffy, he rebooked us a second time for 2022. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we had in a rough time for all. We had a wonderful experience on our trip when we finally got to go!! Henry had everything so well organized and gave us a detailed list of what transfer companies would be meeting us and when. When Airlink bumped us and put us on standby returning from Victoria Falls, we called the concierge number Henry had given us and Catherine worked hard on this and got us back on our flight. The Safari.com team had our back and we have no regrets. Would definitely use them again. Our lodging was wonderful, saw the big 5 within first 2 drives. Henry definitely knew the territory and did a great job matching what we wanted with where he suggested we go and stay. Thanks Safari.com, Henry and Catherine!

Superior service, knowledgeable, transparent, amazing can-do attitude
These guys get 10/10. I have booked with them a few times. To Kruger National Park, including both public and private(concession) camps, flights and car hire. Their senior agent, Dolan is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Attention to detail, transparency, and 'can-do' attitude are out of the ordinary. I recently came into contact with Tanya at safari.com as well. It looks like all their agents are similarly well trained. Thank you. I cannot recommend Dolan and his team highly enough.

Excellent service by the agent Jayson…
Excellent service by the agent Jayson Scheffers (Africa Safari Expert). We had little idea of the place and things to do. He made it at all soo easy and planned it so well that it all went smooth. We had a baby with us so we were not sure about the things but he advised us well. All the hotels, pickups etc were well informed about our situation and we did not face any issues. He was always there to answer any questions 24/7. Very personalized service. Highly recommended.
