Simbavati Camp George is one of the best camps in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in the Greater Kruger National Park in South Africa.
The first thing you will notice about Camp George is the surroundings. The camp is perfectly tucked into the green oasis of the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve, creating an immediate feeling of being immersed in the incredible, wild environment.
Camp George consists of eight luxury suites that overlook the dry riverbed running past the camp. These luxury suites are ideal for couples or singles seeking a luxuriously sustainable safari experience.
For families, there are two interleading units available at Camp George.
The Simbavati lodges and camps are world-renowned for their incredible safari and wildlife activities. Camp George fully delivers on this promise. Guests can enjoy twice-daily Big 5 game drives or walking safaris, offering the chance to spot some of the 40 mammal species that reside on the reserve, including lion, leopard, rhino, buffalo, and elephant, among others. I was a little worried about using a company to book our long awaited South Africa trip but Mel at Safari made the experience incredibly simple and fun! Unforgettable Uganda safari
I was privileged to have been able to experience a wonderful trip through Uganda. It definitely was a lifetime-best travel experience. There are simply too many highlights to list here, but these included several spectacular top-notch game park drives, interesting cultural experiences, great overnight stays, and many more (*including, of course, the gorillas*). Thank you to Mel at safari.com who put the itinerary together. She proactively managed all of the bookings and flights (including having had to deal with flight time changes). And she worked with Exclusive Uganda Safaris to make this happen. So, this wonderful country, her professionalism and the outstanding local safari operator made this trip unforgettable.
