Children of all ages are welcome at the lodge.

Family Suites can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.

Two-Bedroom Suites can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

Babysitting services are available, along with tailor-made activities to suit each family. For safety reasons, the participation of children in game activities is at the discretion of the guide.

The Detail

The Grumeti concession, managed by Singita, was created to preserve the Serengeti Mara ecosystem and protect the path of the annual wildebeest migration.

Perched low on the Grumeti River and overlooking a natural waterhole, Singita Faru Faru Lodge offers a spectacular vantage point for guests to witness abundant wildlife and the world's largest annual animal migration. About two million wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles make their way north into Kenya's Masai Mara, passing through the Grumeti and Serengeti reserves.

Singita Faru Faru Lodge features 7 one-bedroom suites, 1 family suite, and 1 two-bedroom suite with a private pool. These nine stone, canvas, and glass suites showcase a unique design with the use of diverse shapes, textures, and quirky art décor.

The lodge facilities include two swimming pools in the main lodge area, a comfortable lounge with television, babysitting services, spa and gym facilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Due to its remote location, there is no mobile phone signal, and wireless connectivity can be slow and intermittent—perfect for a true wilderness escape.

Activities offered at the lodge include daily morning and afternoon game drives led by professional guides. Afternoon drives extend into the early evening, offering the chance to spot rare nocturnal species of the African bushveld. Adventurous travelers can enjoy walking safaris for close encounters with the smaller creaturess of the bush, stargazing, community visits, swimming, board games, and archery.

During your stay, you’re likely to encounter a great variety of wildlife, including bat-eared foxes, buffalo, cheetahs, Colobus monkeys, various antelope species, elephants, leopards, lions, and Masai giraffes.
