Begin your journey from Johannesburg with a scheduled flight from OR Tambo International Airport to the Kruger National Park. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to Lion Sands Narina lodge for check-in. Settle into your Luxury Suite, built to afford complete privacy in a wilderness where you can watch the animals come down to the river from your pool and deck. Sliding doors and windows open up your sanctuary to the outside.
As the daylight fades, you will head out with your guide and tracker for an evening/night game drive through the reserve in search of wildlife including the Big 5. Expect an uninterrupted game-viewing experience in an untouched African wilderness. Game drives average 3 -4 hours in duration with a refreshments stop en-route. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous dinner.
The next two days are spent in the welcome embrace of one of Africa's finest game-viewing destinations.
A visit to Lion Sands Narina can completely restore your energy allowing you to truly relax. When you’re right on the Sabie River, watching the animals, surrounded by bush and sky, you really feel like you’ve escaped from the world. With 5 000ha of wilderness in this private concession within the world-renowned Kruger National Park, you can go exploring off-road, follow in the footsteps of a leopard, track down a herd of elephants, or simply wait for them to come to you.
Set off for exciting game walks and morning & evening/night game drives to experience sightings of the Big 5 and smaller game such as bushbuck, kudu and even monkeys. Game viewing can even be enjoyed from the large river deck at the lodge or from the privacy of your own private plunge pool.
After one final game drive and a warm heartening breakfast, you bid farewell to the African bush as you transfer back to the airport in time to catch your flight back to Johannesburg's OR Tambo Airport. Here, you will connect with your onward travel arrangements.

Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
