Where you'll travel: South Africa Cape Town Cape Winelands Sabi Sabi Sabi Sand

Overview

Starting off in the city of Cape Town, you'll have the opportunity to truly experience the life of a Capetonian, with its brightly colored houses, artisan shops, street-side cafes, and award-winning restaurants. Cape Town boasts an incredibly rich heritage, gorgeous coastlines, and is home to the iconic Table Mountain - a natural wonder. Your time in Cape Town is best spent exploring the cobbled streets, sampling Capetonian cuisine, seeing an African penguin up-close, and simply admiring the gorgeous vistas.

Your adventure continues in one of the most renowned wine country regions - Franschhoek. It is here where you can indulge in the finest cuisine paired perfectly with award-winning wines. The Franschhoek Valley is renowned for producing outstanding Méthode Cap Classiques with a total of twenty-four producers. The oldest Cape-Dutch home, known as Babylonstoren, will be your abode for the next two days. Being a working farm, you can look forward to wine tastings, tea rituals, and garden-to-table dining experiences.

Leaving the country behind, your journey continues to the renowned Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, where you will have the opportunity to explore the African bush in open safari vehicles and on foot. The Sabi Sands is well known for its big cat sightings and incredible encounters with the famous big five. It is also a bird lover's paradise with over 300 bird species recorded. Sabi Sabi Little Bush Camp offers an intimate bush setting and incredible comfort, making for an unforgettable safari experience.

The unique locations, personalized service, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences offered on this tour make it ideal for solo explorers, couples, and families.

"Five Star level treatment. I booked our Safari in Sabi Sans at Arathusa lodge, and our stay in Cape Town South Africa back in August of 2026 and the experience had been amazing. Safari.com agents have every detail thought from travel insurance, eSIM for phones, private transportation, and booked us amazing experiences. We saw the Big 5 in the Safari, went cage Shark diving, did a private guided Cape Peninsula tour. Everything was perfect! This was our first time using Safari.com and we will definitely use them in the future. I would highly recommend this company."
