Ursula’s Homestead is a cozy retreat and charming homestead consisting of just four individual garden rooms. It is the sister property of Stanley & Livingstone Boutique Hotel and provides a classic Victoria Falls experience. The main guest area, terrace, fire pit, pool area, and the rooms are all arranged in a semi-circle, offering wide-open views of the natural reserve. It’s an environment of peace and tranquility, just minutes away from the world-famous Falls, bustling town, and surrounding attractions.
Each room's view is equally stunning. Ursula’s has a private and personal atmosphere, feeling more like a remote bush home than a hotel. You also have the option of booking it out exclusively. From your terrace, French doors open into a spacious double bedroom featuring a dressing table, beverage station, minibar, and wardrobe, as well as an adjoining en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. I was looking into booking a safari for me and my husband during the course of 2026 and came across safari.com. I was connected with Lynn Bowers who was my designated agent. She was extremely helpful and very clear and quick with her communications. She modelled different options for us owing to our changing itinerary and was very helpful in this regard.
